Forge Tales — Terms of Service

  1. Agreement. By installing or playing Forge Tales (“the game”) you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not play.
  2. Licence. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for your own entertainment on devices you control. The game, its art, text and code remain ours.
  3. Internet connection. The game requires an internet connection to be played.
  4. Your progress. Progress is stored on your device. It is lost if you delete the game, delete your data, or lose or reset the device. We cannot restore it.
  5. Virtual items and purchases. Gems, hammers, heroes, passes and other items are virtual, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged, sold or refunded for money except where the law requires. Purchases are made through your app store and are subject to its terms; refund requests go to the store. A season pass applies to the season in which it is bought.
  6. Fair play. Do not cheat, modify the game, tamper with its data or clock, or use it to harm others. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.
  7. Changes to the game. We may change, rebalance, add or remove features, items and prices, and we may end the game. Where we can, we will give notice in the game or on its store page.
  8. No warranty. The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid in the game during the three months before the claim.
  10. Law. These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, without affecting rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
  11. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms; the new version applies once it is posted with a new effective date.
